What to send us

If you are writing about something on the site, the single most useful thing you can include is the address of the page and a short quotation of the passage in question. If you are reporting that something did not work — a link, a layout, a page that would not load — tell us the browser and device you were using, because the answer usually depends on it.

Corrections

We would rather be corrected than be wrong. If you believe a statement on this site is inaccurate or out of date, write to hello@virellomantle.com with the page address and, where you have one, a source. We review correction requests and update the page or explain why we have not.

Response times

We aim to reply to email within two to three business days. Messages that arrive over a weekend or a US public holiday are answered on the next working day. We are a small team, so a detailed technical question may take a little longer than a short one.

Advertising and partnerships

Enquiries about advertorial placement, affiliate arrangements or sponsorship should be sent to the same address with “Partnership” in the subject line. Our approach to promotional content is set out in the Advertising Disclaimer, and we ask prospective partners to read it before writing.

What we cannot help with

We do not operate, support or troubleshoot any third-party product mentioned on this site, including any adblocker extension linked from our pages. For billing, account, installation or refund questions about a third-party product, please contact that company directly through its own support channels. We also cannot provide legal, financial or security advice.

Privacy

Anything you send us is used only to answer you. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
